Meat consumption in Europe (2024)

This map, created by Language Maps in 2024, shows the consumption of which type of meat is predominant in each European country.

In most of continental Europe, pork consumption clearly prevails, followed by chicken in much of the Balkans, the British Isles, Ukraine and Russia. Albania is the only country where beef consumption prevails over pork and chicken.
