Political map of Peru (2021)

This map, created by Álvaro Merino for El Orden Mundial, shows the territorial division of Peru, with a total of 24 departments, each with its respective capital. The illustration also highlights other important cities that are not state capitals, such as Juliaca and Mollendo.

The various rivers that cross the country are marked in blue with their respective names, including the many tributaries of the Amazon River, which passes through Iquitos before crossing into Brazil.
