This map, created by Landgeist in 2024, shows the average height of European women, according to data published by the NCD Risk Factor Collaboration in 2019.

European women are among the tallest in the world, with 16 countries ranking among the top 20 countries with the highest average height.

The highest average heights are found in the Netherlands (170.4 cm), Montenegro (170.0 cm) and Denmark (169.5 cm). At the lower end of the scale are Cyprus (160.6 cm), North Macedonia (160.9 cm) and Portugal (161.2 cm).
