For this purpose, Terence has extracted the data available at\u00a0Kontur Population<\/a>\u00a0with which it generates columns using a programme, with a height that represents the population density at each point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This map of Moldova shows the various population peaks, dominated by the urban area of the capital city of Chisinau, whose metropolitan area accounts for more than a quarter of the country's population. In addition, the illustration also shows other peaks in B\u0103l\u021bi, the country's second largest city, and Tiraspol, the capital of Transnistria, a de facto independent country of Moldova, albeit with limited recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
