This map was published Helen McKenzie<\/a> in 2023 as part of the initiative\u00a0#30DayMapChallenge<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a representation of the per capita density of pubs in the city of London, United Kingdom. To do this, the author divides the map of London into hexagons of equal size, assigning different colours to each one depending on the number of pubs per inhabitant. The darker colours correspond to a lower density and the lighter colours to a higher density, according to the numerical legend on the right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general terms, a higher density of pubs per inhabitant corresponds to tourist areas and areas with a higher number of citizens passing through, such as major public transport stations or the vicinity of some football stadiums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
