Among these, the following stand out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Black: basalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>White: glaciers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light yellow: sedimentary rocks of different types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange: palagonitic gaps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark green: post-glacial basaltic lava.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light green: pre-glacial doleritic lava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the map also shows in red the location of various geological features linked to volcanic activity, such as faults, volcanic cones and hot springs.
