To do this, Terence extracted the data available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kontur.io\/portfolio\/population-dataset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kontur Population<\/a>\u00a0with which it generates columns using a programme, with a height that represents the population density at each point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This map of China shows the different population peaks in its most densely populated urban areas, mainly in the south and east of the country, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao, Xiamen, Guangzhou (Canton), Hong Kong and Chengdu.
