Illustrated map of Rhodes (1996)

This map, drawn by Mario Camerini in 1996, shows the island of Rhodes in Greece.

Rhodes is located in the Dodecanese archipelago in the eastern part of Greece, off the coast of Turkey. It is the largest island of this archipelago and the fourth largest island in Greece. It is one of the islands that receives the most international tourism, with over three million visitors a year, second only to Crete.

This tourist-oriented pictorial map shows the layout of roads, as well as some important aspects of the island's culture and gastronomy. In addition to Rhodes in the north of the island, some of the island's most iconic monuments are also depicted, such as the Acropolis of Lindos, the castle of Monolithos, the thermal baths of Callithea and the ruins of Camiros.
